Wedding Planning Part 6: Flowers

So things are rumbling along nicely – most of the ‘biggies’ have been planned, booked or in the pipeline for finalizing feeling like we are #weddingbossing it!!

Flowers were next on the agenda. Again the abundance of suppliers meant this was looking to be another difficult choice. However recommendations where the key here and after seeing Donna from The Flower Studios work it was a done deal (provided she had space!)

All we had was a single pinterest photograph – the one in which we had based the entire wedding colour around – this beautiful image of a blue and peach/orange bouquet. The bride simply showed Donna and this and said – this is what we want! Absolutely fine was the reply.

Now THAT’s got to be the first non stressful/thinking/decision making choice right there. Really looking forward to seeing Donna’s handiwork on the day and actually a tiny bit excited too! As we have no particular preference for what types of flowers are included we have chosen to go with mainly seasonal  – it is always worth discussing with your florist what flowers are and are not in season as this may effect the final cost of the bouquet.

Happy planning
