Tell us about you 

Hi my names Ali Brinsford and I chief chef at Mini Morsels. I love creating individual and tailored menus whether it be a private afternoon tea, bridal breakfast or a supper club. I specialise in catering for those special occasions without the hassle.

How long have you been in business?

1 year

How and why did you start your business?

To work around my children and to enjoy my passion for food! I love to cater for people and I get a lot of enjoyment from making people happy with good food.

For you what is the best part of running your business?

The work / life balance it gives me and the ability to get creative with food and making people happy with the delicious creations  I serve
